Lincoln based developers, Taylor Lindsey, have secured planning permission for Vincent Court, a new 26,700 scheme that will provide new business space on their Teal Park development. The high specification scheme will offer units ranging from 2,500 to 12,500 sq ft and will be suitable for warehouse, trade counter and industrial uses. The scheme is expected to create up to 100 local jobs.
Vincent Court will occupy a very prominent location adjacent the entrance to Teal Park and developers, Taylor Lindsey and agents, Hodgson Elkington are convinced that this prominent position will prove attractive to potential occupiers.
Hodgson Elkington Partner, Dan Race, commented ‘We are seeing strong demand for good quality, modern industrial premises in Lincoln so we are pleased to have the Vincent Court scheme to provide attractive, high quality new units to the market. We have already secured the first tenant for this development and contracts have been signed for a lease of the first 5,000 sq ft unit. We will be looking to secure more occupiers during the construction phase’.
Taylor Lindsey Property Manager, Adrian Bower, commented ‘We are planning to commence construction of Vincent Court in July 2015 and will have units available to hand over to tenants at the start of 2016. We are very pleased to have secured the first occupier before construction even commences and we are confident that there will be good demand for the other units. We expect to attract a range of trade counter, light industrial and warehouse occupiers’.
Taylor Lindsey will be pleased to discuss other opportunities on the balance of their 87.2 acre Teal Park development. The potential range of uses includes industrial and warehouse occupiers, offices and, to the Whisby Road frontage, public house/restaurant, hotel, leisure and trade/showroom uses.
