Planning permission has been approved for Blackwood Court on Teal Park, a new development of 19 individual starter industrial units.
Hodgson Elkington LLP has been instructed by developers, North Kesteven District Council, to deal with the letting and management of the scheme which will total 20,000 sq ft and provide units ranging from 500 to 2,000 sq ft.
Construction is due to commence in June 2015 and units will be available before the end of the year.
This new development follows the success of the ‘Seven O Seven’ scheme at Churchill Business Park, Bracebridge Heath where all 14 new units were occupied within 6 months of completion. Churchill Business Park is a development by Taylor Lindsey who are also the developers behind Teal Park. Property Manager, Adrian Bower, said ‘We will be pleased to see Blackwood Court completed and to have a broader offer for potential occupiers at Teal Park. The North Kesteven District Council scheme is complementary to the Vincent Court scheme that we are about to develop also on Teal Park’.
Lewis Cove of Hodgson Elkington commented, ‘It was recognised that there is a continuing need for smaller, flexible industrial space to the South West of Lincoln and we believe that the combination of modern premises in an excellent location and on flexible lease terms will prove very popular with new and expanding local businesses’.
